John Anthony Simmons Sr., Esq. John Anthony started his legal career as a prosecutor and has been in private practice since 1999, during which time he has served as Town Counsel as part of his practice. John Anthony is an Allied Attorney with the Alliance Defense Fund. He has been fortunate since attending their National Litigation Academy in 2007 to have been involved in various projects. Attorney Simmons is a staunch defender of parental rights. He is a graduate of UNH with a B.A. in Spanish and International Affairs. He received a M.A. from Regent University in Public Policy. He received his Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He and his beautiful bride enjoy raising their children in his childhood home. He is passionate about people, his country, travel and good food. |

Michael J. Ortlieb Esq. Michael J. Ortlieb joined the firm in 2008, focusing his practice on three primary areas: estate planning, personal injury and family law. He is currently in the process of being certified to work as a Guardian ad Litem in New Hampshire. Attorney Ortlieb graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2006. While in law school he received several academic awards, including the Distinguished Oral Advocate Award. While in school, Attorney Ortlieb also worked full-time for Burns, Bryant, Cox, Rockefeller & Durkin, New Hampshire’s oldest law firm. After graduating, Attorney Ortlieb worked as a contract attorney in Boston before joining John Anthony Simmons, P.L.L.C. Attorney Ortlieb is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, including the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations. Additionally, he holds two Bachelor of Science Degrees, in Psychology and Behavioral Science from Cedarville University in Ohio. Attorney Ortlieb is also a notary public. |
